In Nacogdoches, the oldest town in Texas, history meets art as Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages partners with local artists like Dixie Rose Daniels and Lynn Myers to breathe new life into the town's murals through the "Brushing Up Nac" project. From restoring a Coca-Cola mural originally painted by Dixie's father to creating colorful tributes across the town, the partnership blends Coca-Cola’s deep roots in Texas with Nacogdoches' traditions. In addition to preserving the past, CCSWB associates also work to support the city through partnerships with the iconic Fredonia Hotel and beloved Stephen F. Austin University. Together, these passionate locals and Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages are preserving Nacogdoches' culture with a splash of creativity and community spirit.

In April 2022, the Recognition Roadtrip culminated in Dallas/Ft Worth as part of our 5-year anniversary event.
