CCSWB heroes welcome the Recognition Roadtrip Bottle to Texarkana on Feb. 7, 2022. Texarkana’s name comes from its location, which is uniquely positioned on the border between Texas and Arkansas. Historic Downtown Texarkana is filled with murals like this one, which was painted in 2021 by artist Jes Weiner on the corner of Main Street and Third Street.
