COCA-COLA SOUTHWEST BEVERAGES EXPANDING PRESENCE IN ABILENE
Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages (CCSWB), a company of Arca Continental and one of the largest Coca-Cola bottlers in the U.S., is expanding its commitment to the Abilene community with 63 new jobs. The local facility will hold a hiring fair in Abilene on August 20.
The hiring fair will be open on from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. at the Holiday Inn located at 3525 West Lake Road. Available positions include machine operators, forklift operators, order builders, quality assurance technicians, maintenance mechanics and more. Pay is competitive and varies based on position and experience.
“For the first time in more than 25 years, CCSWB’s Abilene facility will be shifting to a 24-hour, seven-day per week schedule to accommodate demand for local Coca-Cola favorites,” said David Eldridge, Northwest Area Director, Coca-Cola Southwest Beverages. “We are delighted that our continued growth brings dozens of jobs to the local economy, with opportunities for both experienced applicants and those just starting their career.”
